We grant only to established customers/members the right to use our logo on flyers/brocures to be placed at homes that are advertised on this site.  The logo maybe used in conjuction with a MLS number or address to direct a person(s) to a specific location on AZOnlineOpenHouse.com. 
Any additional uses of the logo for AZOnlineOpenHouse.com must be requested and approved in writing prior to usage.

Certain Restrictions
Reproduction, re-transmission or re-presentation in any form, in whole or in part, of any content, programming code, images or graphics are strictly prohibited without prior express written permission. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing the names or trademarks of any of the Web sites listed below without express written consent. Without limiting the generality of the other restrictions set forth herein, you may not access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Web site using any “robot,” “spider,” “deep link,” “scraper” or other automated means, methodology, algorithm or device or any manual process for any purpose.

Your Account
In order to protect the advertiser’s (member’s) account information, each advertiser will be provided with a unique user name or password or a unique ad ID number. These unique identifiers are disclosed to the user via e-mail upon joining. Only members have the ability to modify their personal information and delete their ads as needed.

If you become a member of AZOnlineOpenHouse.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by us or any other user of, or visitor to, our Web site due to someone else using your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in the exercise of our sole discretion.

Billing Terms
Members understand and agree to the following conditions that apply to purchasing advertising space.

• Account will be considered active until advised in writing (email is an acceptable form of written communication) that the member/advertiser chooses to discontinue and/or cancel their services with AZOnlineOpenHouse.com inc.
• While account is active, the member/advertiser will be automatically billed each month for the same services as the month before (exceptions will be upgraded packages) to the credit card on file.  Billing will occur on the member’s/advertiser’s service date.
• If the credit card on file becomes inactive for any reason and billing is not able to occur the member/advertiser will be sent an email notification to the email address on file to provide a new credit card to be placed on file.  The member/advertiser will be given 72 business hours to rectify the billing or the account will be terminated until the billing is rectified.
• Each account will be assigned a service date.  The service date will fall on the same date each month.  In the event the service date falls on a date that does not occur in all months, then the service date for those exception months will default to the last date of that exception month.  The service date will be equal to the date that the account was issued a user name and password.
• User names and passwords will be assigned once the credit card information is verified and billed for the first time.
• With exception to Sponsor Ads, all advertising on this site is on a month by month agreement.
• Cancellation of an account will take effect on the next upcoming service date.  If an account is billed after cancellation, then the member/advertiser shall only be entitled to an amount equal to the last amount billed. 
• Upgrades are allowed at any time.  Fees for upgrades will be prorated from the time of the upgrade to the service date.  After that the new monthly fees will go into effect.
• Downgrades are allowed and will take place upon the next service date after notification.
